We have always said we would eat a chicken maryland on the anniversary to remember his leg and the difficult time it was making the decision and of course to celebrate what has been an amazing outcome for him!
We found a local restaurant that had a menu in English so we ordered chicken and rice, to our delight it turned out to be a maryland!
We raised our glasses, filled with soft drink of course, and made a cheers to Mac's leg and of course to Mac who is back at home having a lovely holiday at the cattery!!
By the way, the chicken was delicious and the whole meal cost us $8.87! Total bargain!!
