Sweaty treadmill run

I had planned on heading out for a run whilst here in Dubai but those plans did not turn out as the area where we are staying is not overly user friendly for running. Poor footpaths and lots of traffic, had I thought of this we would have stayed somewhere closer to the beach perhaps where there are big wide boulevards.

But anyway, I got over that and decided to hit the treadmill. Man, whoever runs on those things regularly, I applaud you.

Seriously it is the most mind numbing experience and I really did not enjoy it.

Alas the gym at the hotel also had no fans so I was sweating bullets, hence I stopped at 5km! The view from the treadmill can be seen below, hardly inspiring!
