The train to Batumi was slow but we arrived in good spirits and caught a mini bus into town where we checked into our hotel. It's a small room but has all we need for our 3 day stay.
It was a little cloudy in Batumi but we took a walk along the waterfront where we saw lots of fisherman fishing and also an amazing moving statue called Ali & Nino. It is a man and woman, it rotates around until they meet in an embrace and the bodies pass through one another, it's very beautiful!!
