More Tbilisi and dinner

We also ventured over to the other side of the river where there is an interesting building however it looks a little incomplete, I'm not 100% sure what it is meant to be, but you can see the difference in cash flow between here and Baku, Baku had such amazing architecture but here they just don't seem to have the $$$ to be up to that standard which is a shame.

Tonight we had more local Georgian food which was really good but I think we were spoilt by the home cooked food we had in Telavi! Tonight was just not the same!
